The partnership chapters give roughly equal coverage to the original Uniform Partnership Act (UPA) and the Revised Uniform Partnership (UPA) and the Revised Uniform Partnership Act (RUPA) and more detail is included on Limited Liability Companies (LLCs) and Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs).
