IISD Linkages - a multimedia resource for environment and development policy makers from the International Institute for Sustainable Development. Offers comprehensive coverage of ongoing environmental conferences and treaty negotiations. An excellent current awareness resource.

Ecolex is a joint project of UNEP and IUCN. It provides access to the full text of international and national environmental laws in searchable/browseable databases containing multilateral treaties; national legislation; European Union instruments; international "soft law" and related documents; law and policy literature; and judicial decisions.

Council of Europe Environment and Regional Planning

Environmental Sites on the Internet is a large collection of links arranged by over 100 subject headings. It seems to be kept up to date, and contains some useful links. There are no annotations, however, so finding the best information requires some digging.

World Resources Institute offers some useful resources, including full-text publications, information, and a good collection of links.

Environmental Law (ASEAN-10) page on the Asia-Pacific Centre for Environmental Law site includes a report on the state of environmental law in each of ten countries, and for selected countries, full text of primary law, implementing regulations, and other government documents.
