Global Banking Law Database (GBLD) is a joint project of the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund. The GBLD consists of a collection of English translations of commercial banking, central bank, and deposit insurance laws of 39 jurisdictions. The laws may be viewed in HTML and downloaded both MS Word and PDF (Adobe Acrobat) formats. The GBLD is organized by topic and by jurisdiction. The list of 35 topics is based on the Basel Core Principles. It is possible to view the laws of two jurisdictions side by side on the same screen.
