About This

Library Rules

• The mutilation, defacement or unauthorized removal of Library books, equipment and other materials is prohibited.
• Smoking and the use of tobacco products is not permitted in the Library.
• Food is not permitted in the public areas of the Library at any time. Beverages in open cans or cups are not permitted.
• Incoming calls on cellular phones are prohibited. Outgoing calls may be made in the Williams Library atrium only.
• Laptop computers are permitted in all areas of the Wolff Library and in the Williams Library except for the main floor of the Reading Room and other areas designated for quiet study, including the north side of the fifth floor.
• We prefer library users do not reshelve any books they remove from the shelves. The Library staff collects and reshelves all materials not checked out to assigned carrels each morning.
• When the fire alarm sounds, Library users must immediately evacuate the building through the fire exits.
