About This

Cataloging - "In Process" Items

If you find an item in the GULLiver catalog without a call number and with the statement "in process," and you need to see the publication, you can go to either library Reference Desk and request that the item be rush processed. The Cataloging Department can have a book available for pick-up at the Williams Library Circulation Desk within 24 hours.

Twice a month, the Cataloging Department compiles a list of the most recent additions to the library's collections. The list includes new books, journals, microforms and electronic databases. An archive of past lists is also available.

Once in the records, faculty members can request that books be routed to them by clicking on the "request this item" button.
