COPY CARDS

  • Can I use a copy card from Main Campus? Can I use my Law Center card at the main campus?
GOCards (and Guest Cards) can be used at all Georgetown facilities. However, all projected GOCard enabled functions may not be operational.
  • Is credit card or check payment available for photocopying?
All copying is done through use of a card.
  • What do I do if my card won't work?
Go to the Media Services desk (1st floor, Room 101) and we will do our best to assist or refer you to the appropriate office. You will not lose value. If there is no assistance available at the Media Services desk simply purchase a new card and check with Media Services at another time. The GOCards have been very stable and a bad card is unlikely.
  • Where can I get a new card?
From the VTS units located in the copy rooms located on 3 & 4 of the Library. Georgetown students are reminded that their GOCard is also their ID card and a replacement is $25; please be careful of your card.
  • When adding money to a card what type of bills can be used?
    Our VTS units accept $1, $5, $10, &$20 bills.

Please direct questions and requests for assistance to the Media Services Desk on the first floor. When the Media Services Desk is closed, please report problems to the Circulation Desk.
