Quick Reference for Faculty

The Reference Department actively supports the research of the Law Center faculty. Experienced reference librarians are available to assist you and your RAs with your research and scholarship at the following times:

Mon. - Thu. 9 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Fri. 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Sat. - Sun. 12 p.m. - 6 p.m.

During Law Center breaks and the summer, there is no evening or weekend reference service. For further information concerning U.S. and non-legal materials and services, call the reference librarian on duty at 202-662-9140, or Jennifer Davitt, Head of Faculty Services: 202-662-9145. International and Foreign Librarian, Mabel Shaw is available at 202-662-9171, email shawm@law.georgetown.edu to assist with questions concering the international and foreign collection and services. Reference questions can also be e-mailed using our Ask a Reference Question forms for U.S. and international topics . E-mail requests are read and answered during regular reference hours.
