About This

Circulation - Reserve Materials

The Reserve collection is located behind the Circulation Desk. This collection includes course reserve materials, commercial outlines, audio and video tapes, DVD's, unbound periodicals, and selected newspapers. Reserve materials may be checked out for a period of three hours and renewed only if a hold request has not been placed on the item. Course Reserve materials can be checked out for 3 hours, and can be taken from the Library. Please note that all Course Reserve lists are maintained on GULLiver, the online catalog, and may be retrieved by course name or professor.

A separate collection of textbooks, hornbooks and casebooks is located in the Reading Room Reserve collection housed in the west end alcove of the Reading Room. These materials may be used for an unlimited period of time, but may not be removed from the Reading Room.

Generally, the Reserve and Reading Room Reserve collections are available to all Library users.
