Sara Sampson is the Head of Reference at the Law Library and an adjunct professor at the Law Center. She teaches Legal Research Skills for Practice and Introduction to Scholarly Note Writing. Sara also teaches online legal research in the Georgetown Paralegal Studies Program. Before joining Georgetown Law Library in 2006, she was a reference librarian at The Ohio State University Moritz Law Library and taught Legal Writing & Analysis and Legal Research. During her time at Ohio State, Sara developed an interest in election law and was part of the Election Law @ Moritz team. Before becoming a librarian, Sara clerked at the Ohio Fourth District Court of Appeals. Sara received her J.D., with honors, from The Ohio State University and her M.L.I.S. from Kent State University and is a member of the Ohio bar.
