In-depth authoritative statements of the major legal doctrines in specific areas of law: Agency, Conflict of Laws, Contracts, Foreign Relations Law, Judgments, Property, Restitution, Security, Torts Trusts, and the Law Governing Lawyers. Restatements are probably the most persuasive type of secondary source.
