Government agencies, law firms, non-profit institutions and organizations, and attorneys may apply for an annual membership in the Public Patron Program, August 1 to July 31 with pro-rated fees after September 1st. Public Patron members enjoy access to the Library's on-site collection and may obtain on-site reference assistance. Members may also use the many databases available through the Library's on-site public computers. However the Library does not provide Public Patrons with Lexis/Nexis or Westlaw passwords.
Membership rates are as follows:

| Non-profit Organizations (other than 501(c)(3)) |
$275 per year |
| Non-profit Organizations (501(c)(3)), Government Agencies, and CJA and Pro bono Attorneys | $150 per year |
| Additional access cards for law firms are $200 each and non-profit organizations are $50 each per year. The fees may not be pro-rated. | |
Law Center Alumni Law Center Alumni do not need an access card to access the Law Library. Law Center Alumni must present photo identification at the Law Library security desk and will be checked against the alumni list. |
